Meet Thoughtfully
- Meet in public places for first plans.
- Tell someone where you are going and who you are meeting.
- Keep first meetups simple and low-pressure.
- Trust your judgment and leave any situation that feels uncomfortable.
Check Before You Go
- Review profiles, event details, location, date, and time before making plans.
- Confirm outdoor conditions, road conditions, weather, skill level, and required gear yourself.
- For official events, check the host or venue if details matter for safety, access, tickets, or permits.
- For tours and guided experiences, confirm booking terms, required fitness level, gear, meeting point, route, weather policy, cancellation rules, and guide credentials with the organizer.
