- What screen or feature you were using.
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- Device type and app version, if available.
Safety or Moderation Issues
If a post, reply, profile, event, tour, or listing seems unsafe, fake, scammy, misleading, or abusive, use in-app report or block tools when available. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services.
In-app reports and blocks notify Summit Scene moderators for review. Summit Scene aims to act within 24 hours on objectionable content or abusive users when safety action is warranted.
Imported Event Corrections
Some event listings are imported or curated from public organizer/source webpages. If an imported event has the wrong date, time, venue, price, organizer, ticket URL, or source attribution, email the event link and the correct public source to hello@summitscene.ca.
