By using Summit Scene, you agree to use the app lawfully, respectfully, honestly, and in line with these terms and our Community Guidelines.

Accounts

User Content

You are responsible for the content you post, including events, tours, plans, groups, notices, replies, profile details, business information, booking links, phone numbers, and images.

Moderation

Summit Scene may remove content, restrict accounts, reject business verification, or take moderation action when needed for safety, compliance, platform rules, or app integrity.

Users can report objectionable content from posts, replies, events, event posting profiles, and member profiles. Users can block abusive users from member profiles, community posts, and replies. Summit Scene reviews safety reports as quickly as possible and aims to act within 24 hours by removing violating content and restricting, suspending, or removing abusive users when warranted.

Events, Tours, Plans, and Meetups

Summit Scene helps people discover events, tours, businesses, and community plans. Summit Scene is a discovery platform and is not responsible for third-party tours, events, safety, cancellations, refunds, booking issues, transportation, weather, route conditions, venue operations, or experiences. We do not control user meetups, event operations, venue safety, travel conditions, permits, or organizer decisions. Use your judgment and follow local laws and safety rules.

Saved-event reminders, going-event reminders, and post activity notifications are optional convenience features. Notification timing depends on device settings, operating system behavior, timezone, event details, app activity, and whether notifications are allowed on your device. Always confirm event dates, times, tickets, booking requirements, and venue details yourself.

External Bookings and Links

Some listings may link to a website, booking page, Instagram direct message, FareHarbor, Viator, or another third-party service. Purchases, bookings, payments, cancellations, and customer support for those services happen outside Summit Scene and are handled by the organizer or third-party provider.

No Emergency Use

Summit Scene is not an emergency service, government service, municipal authority, Parks Canada authority, travel advisor, or permit/licensing advisor.
